    Customer service was excellent ring size seems to run large As it is a stainless steel ring it cannot be resized Size is 13 I have two rings same size that are fine. Jeweler said it was actually 13 1/4 in size Perhaps ring sizes vary from one manufacturer to another like wirh clothes Extremely happy wirh the entire buying/return process Your company does a very good job thanks
