Harley-Davidson® Men's Riding Appropriate* Grimes 5-Inch Black Motorcycle Boots, D96224. Part of the Black Flash series, these boots use purposefully placed high-visibility reflective leather panels on the uppers. The flash panels are made with a natural raise-grain made from optical grade glass. These panels flash when in direct contact with light source, increasing the visibility of the motorcyclists under low light conditions such as darkness or in inclement weather conditions. The boots also feature a breathable full-length mesh lining for temperature control. The leather is polishable for a long-lasting premium appearance. The boots have a smooth, rounded toe. Lacing is facilitated using six riveted raised metal eyelets. A metal Bar & Shield® logo is on the outside facing shaft. Tread elements have a sculpted winged Willie G skull on the street side outsole, as well as a sculpted skull on the heel. A brown leather Bar & Shield® logo is also sewn into the instep. The boot's sole, insole and upper are bound using resoleable Goodyear® Welt construction processes, the most labor intensive and durable construction method available. With an abrasion, oil, and slip resistance rubber outsole, these boots are ready for the long haul. For riding or strutting around town, the Grimes styling goes with you!
