It's a great boot but it didn't fit and they didn't have the next lower size so I got a different pair.

These boots seem to be well made but being the middle of winter now I haven't used yet to know how durable they will be. The sole is flexible and the low hell thickness should make for a comfortable boot to walk around and use for ridding to. I usually wear a 13 D size and the 13 mediums fit just right with a medium thick over the calf or 8 inch boot sock. I only see one area of concern and that is where the strap terminates and is sewed next to the zipper at the bottom as it could put separation inducing pressure on the zipper when the strap is buckled tighter. It would have been a better design to have sewed it on the heel cup side of the zipper. So I may make a new strap and sew or rivet it on like this to make the strap genuinely more functional and protect the zipper at the bottom from its pressure and use. This would mean having to unfasten the strap to fully lower the zipper but it would be a minor inconvenience for a better belt function. A couple other thing I did was apply a 3 x 4 inch 1/8 thick Dr Scholl's adhesive backed mole skin to the inside of the instep to fill in the leather over the instep as it is sewed with a little extra material just where the instep comes from the shaft. This makes for a better fit over the front of the instep and keeps the heel in the heel cup. I also very carefully removed a little extra leather protruding from the seams along the zipper with some small sharp pointed Wiss brand sewing scissors to provide the zipper more ease of passage along the zipper being very careful to not cut into or to close to the sewed seam threads. Overall it seems to be a nice functional boot that is comfortable and has nice styling but could use a little improvement if your picky like me or just used as is and it will be fine.
