This Harley-Davidson® Proud Eagle Bar & Shield® Ride Bell, HRB026, is made out of polished and chromed metal and includes a ring for hanging, a felt pouch, and a legend card. This bell features a raised Harley-Davidson® Eagle Bar & Shield® logo. The sense of depth is enhanced with contrasting black enamel. The legend says that Evil Road Spirits have latched themselves to motorcycles for as long as there have been bikes on the road. These Evil Road Spirits are responsible for mechanical problems and bad luck along a journey. The legends goes on to say that by attaching a small bell onto your bike, the Evil Road Spirits will become trapped inside the bell where the constant ringing drives them insane, making them lose their grip until they fall to the ground.     This bell was a gift for my daughter who just got her motorcycle license. It's like the one my husband/her dad had when he rode. We lost him about 3 years ago to cancer. He was an Army vet. I wanted her to have something to remind her of how much he loved her. Thanks so much.

    This was a gift for my husband's Best Friend who lives 1200 miles away.     The Ride Bell is such a really awesome legend that bikers share as they travel from journey to journey. This is an incredible bond between brotherhood to have this symbol of a guardian to always protect & keep you safe throughout all of your travels.
