I've been looking for good riding boots, which is a task when you are a female rider (not passenger) looking for style, comfort and functionality. I am just an inch too short to put my feet flat on my street bike, so heeled boots are a godsend. These boots are not only super sexy, they have an amazing sole with great grip both in the ball of the foot and the heel. The top part of the boot hugs my calf, which is something I struggle to find as I am smaller and most boots leave a huge opening around my calf. I think they can be widened since they have laces, but they fit me perfect out of the box! I couldn't be happier with these boots!!!! They fit true to size - I wear 7 - 7.5 in regular shoes, but boots can vary between 7 - 8. I ordered the 7.5 and they fit wonderfully (always scared to buy shoes online in case they don't fit). They have just enough room to wear thick socks when it's chilly, but with regular socks, my feet don't slide around in them. They took about 3 hours to break in and they just get more and more comfortable as I wear them. They are classy enough to wear to work with my dress pants or jeans and the first few days I brought an extra pair of shoes to change into just in case they got uncomfortable. I am happy to report that even after 9 straight hours of wearing these, they were not uncomfortable and I didn't take them off once. So far they are extremely durable: the heel has not been nicked by my foot pegs (which has been standard with all other boots I've bought), there is a heavy duty zipper on it (the first thing that's gotten destroyed on my other boots) and the leather is quality and thick (no scratches on my shift toe, which is, again, pretty standard on other boots). I cannot say enough good things about these boots!! I will be buying some inserts with more cushion because these ones aren't very squishy, but a very, very small inconvenience given these otherwise perfect boots! Everyone who has seen these think they are absolutely gorgeous and I must agree. I highly, highly recommend these boots. Wisconsin Harley had these on sale for a very, very reasonable price - much less than any other store in person or online. They arrived quickly and I've worn them every day since!
