    Items arrived broken. 3 of the 4 pieces had the magnets detached from the back. They arrived in pieces, all stuck together in one pile of metal. This lead me to think I had ordered a product that was not what I initially thought. (It WAS the correct item, it was just broken.) I reached out via email and had a really terrible time with customer service. The problem was eventually blamed on me for "removing the magnets" myself, even though they arrived that way. I insisted it was not and then they asked for photographs, which I sent over 2 weeks ago, and still have not heard back from anyone. Waste of $22, will never buy from this dealer again.
